About the Program
Guitar is a structured music program where students learn basic chords, strumming techniques, and simple melodies. Each session includes finger exercises, chord transitions, and guided song practice to ensure steady progress.
Younger learners focus on rhythm exploration and simple patterns, while older students build coordination and structured playing skills.
By the end of the program, students will be able to play beginner-level songs confidently, maintain rhythm, and develop strong hand coordination.
| Learning Outcome: 1) Guitar Basics: Posture & Hand Positioning Students learn correct hand positioning, posture, and finger placement as the foundation for structured guitar learning. 2) Chords, Strumming & Melodies Basic chords, strumming patterns, and simple melodies are introduced through progressive, session-by-session skill building. 3) Hand Coordination & Transitions Coordination between both hands is developed through chord transitions, rhythm exercises, and guided song practice. 4) Rhythm, Timing & Listening Students build a sense of rhythm, timing, and musical listening through repetition and performance-based learning. 5) Progressive Learning & Song Playing Younger learners explore sound and rhythm, while older students develop structured playing and basic song repertoire. |
