About the Program

The French Language Program provides a fun and engaging introduction to the French language through interactive learning experiences designed for young learners. The sessions focus on helping students understand and use basic French words and expressions in everyday communication.

Through a combination of storytelling, songs, games, and interactive activities, students learn essential vocabulary including greetings, numbers, colors, family members, and commonly used phrases. The program encourages active participation, helping students build confidence while becoming familiar with the sounds and rhythm of the French language.

Learning Outcome:
1) Basic French Communication Skills

Students learn basic French greetings, introductions, and polite expressions through interactive conversational exercises and storytelling.
2) Core Vocabulary Building
Vocabulary in core categories including colours, numbers, family, food, and daily routines is built through interactive games and songs.
3) Listening & Comprehension Skills
Students develop listening comprehension by following instructions, songs, and short stories delivered in French.
4) Pronunciation & Speaking Practice
Early phonetic awareness of French sounds and correct pronunciation habits are established through guided speaking exercises.
5) Understanding French Grammar Basics
Students gain a foundational understanding of how French grammar differs from English, including basic sentence structure and key patterns.
