About the Program

Welfare Taekwondo Academy’s programme is designed to build physical fitness, mental strength, and self-discipline through structured Taekwondo training. Sessions cover warm-up and fitness conditioning, fundamental techniques (kicks, blocks, stances), poomsae (patterns) practice, and controlled sparring based on belt level.

The programme runs three times per week, with 90-minute sessions that give students enough practice time to build genuine martial arts skill. Age-wise batches ensure training is always appropriately challenging, techniques and intensity are calibrated to the student’s age and development level.

Belt assessments are conducted regularly, giving students clear milestones to work toward.
